By accessing this website and purchasing any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Services
We provide online business education and mentorship programs related to ecommerce. All programs are delivered digitally through live group calls, one-on-one calls, community access and digital resources. Program inclusions, duration and delivery format are stated on each product page.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any program. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.
No guarantee of results
Our programs provide education, guidance and mentorship. Business outcomes depend on your own implementation, capital, market conditions and many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, profit, order volume or business result. Any figures, case studies or examples shown are specific to those individuals and are not a promise of what you will achieve.
Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your own business, including product selection, advertising spend, supplier relationships, customer service, taxes and legal compliance. Any advice provided is guidance only and you make your own business decisions.
Intellectual property
All course materials, recordings, templates, documents and community content are our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning. You may not copy, share, resell, distribute or publish any materials. Sharing login or community access with others will result in immediate termination without refund.
Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at checkout. Payment is processed through our authorised payment gateway partner. We do not store your card or banking details.
Conduct
We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you abuse staff or other members, share paid materials, or breach these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the program. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business losses.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.

Return & Refund Policy
Arnav's Ecom Circle sells digital education and mentorship programs. No physical goods are shipped.
Refund eligibility
A refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase, and only if you have completed less than 5% of the course content. Course completion is measured by the content and materials accessed through our platform.
Once more than 5% of the course has been accessed, or once 7 days have passed from the date of purchase, the purchase is non-refundable.
Not eligible for refund
- More than 5% of course content accessed
- More than 7 days since purchase
- One-on-one calls or mentorship sessions already attended
- Termination of access due to breach of our Terms & Conditions
- Change of mind after accessing materials
How to request a refund
Email support@arnavsecomcircle.com from the address used at purchase, with your full name, order ID and date of purchase. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days.
Refund mode and duration
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method only. Refunds are initiated within 7 business days of approval, and typically reflect in your account within 5 to 10 business days thereafter, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelling your enrolment
You may cancel your enrolment within 7 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 5% of the course content. Cancellation requests must be sent to support@arnavsecomcircle.com from your registered email address.
Where a cancellation qualifies under the Return & Refund Policy, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
After 7 days, or once more than 5% of the content has been accessed, enrolments cannot be cancelled and no refund is payable.
Rescheduling calls
Scheduled one-on-one calls may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Calls missed without notice are treated as delivered and cannot be rescheduled.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel your enrolment and terminate access, without refund, if you breach our Terms & Conditions, share paid materials, or behave abusively toward staff or members.
If we cancel a program for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid for the undelivered portion.

Arnav's Ecom Circle is operated by Arnav Manchanda, registered at Prestige Lakeside Habitat, 16195, Varthur, Karnataka 560087, India.
We run ecommerce mentorship programs for people building branded ecommerce businesses in India.
Arnav Manchanda has built over ₹100 crore in Indian ecommerce revenue, running branded stores at an RTO rate of around 5% while much of the industry operates above 40%. Rather than teaching from a static course, he works directly with a small number of people, reviewing their actual stores, their numbers and their advertising, and helping them build real brands instead of flipping products.
Our programs are delivered online through live group coaching calls, one-on-one sessions, a private community and digital resources. We deliberately work with a limited number of people at a time so every student gets direct attention.
